MODEL DESCRIPTION
These model benches made from wood and stone are original, hyper-realistic 3D scans from the Austrian Imperial Palace garden in Vienna, Austrias most prestigious cultural heritage sites and a central axis of influence on European history during the Habsburger Monarchy stretching from the late Middle Ages until the early 20th century. The traces of time are inimitably edged into these models, telling tales of Emperors and Empresses that forged entire eras of the countries rich history. As an original, real-life asset, it delivers a high level of character, detail and distinctiveness.
All VDL assets are captured in vivid detail using latest technologies and pipelines achieving hyper realistic models under VDLs holistic licensing agreement directly with the cultural heritage sites the assets originate from.
TECHNICAL DETAILS
The assets are watertight, free of holes or artifacts, have been engine tested and are ready for direct use. No need for extra work.
The Package contains two different quality levels of meshes:
LOD0 Quality
- Cleaned up low polygon mesh ready for universal use within real time environments.
- Ideal for Video Games to Movie Props, architectural visualizations and more.
- High Fidelity textures are achieved with photogrammetry, generating a unique whole spectrum of surfaces for the creation of PBR materials.
- All the textures are provided in 8k and 4k ensuring the ability to do close up shots while keeping performance high.
- Height maps extracted from RAW data are provided to allow customers to pursue even more believable shapes using tessellation.
- Bench_Wooden - Polygons: 20334 Vertices: 10113

High Quality
- 1 million polygon version of the same mesh, created for offline rendering or Nanite Technology inside of UE5 (or similar)
- Good for Virtual productions, VFX or any high-quality rendering without a need of using Tessellation.
- Due to nondestructive workflow, this mesh shares the same textures with LOD0 apart from normal map.
