Details:

- Built piece by piece: every board, log, shingle, stone, sheet of tin, nail and pane is its own slightly irregular part, and the frames have settled a little.

- Blender: the original procedural PBR materials (per-piece colour variation, corner grime, mud splash and dust), exactly as rendered in the gallery.

- 3ds Max, FBX, OBJ, glTF and USD: the same look baked into unique 4096 px PBR texture sets per house (Base Color, Roughness, Metallic, Normal OpenGL and DirectX, AO, ORM, plus an emission map for the glowing parts of the prospector's camp).

- Generic houses of the period, no real people or brands. Exterior models with dark backing behind the windows, no furnished interiors, no LODs or collision.

The same ten houses are also sold in two five-house bundles: Frontier Homesteads and Town Residences. Vol. 1 holds the fifteen town buildings: saloon, bank, jail, church, railroad depot and more.
