This model hasn"t flags..., just labels with names and years to each champion team.
This project contains a .PSD file with layers separated and FULL customization with names and years.
You can see clear on preview images.

The man on top, it"s a statue, so it hasn"t clothes, is an athletic human body (but, not nude), because he has not penis, balls, neils, etc..), he"s just a FIGURE representing a soccer player.
Anyway, I will work soon to refine on it.
