The Eurocopter AS 355 Squirrel 2 has been originally manufactured and developed by Aérospatiale (which is now part of the Eurocopter Group) The first flight of this light utility helicopter took place on 3 October 1979. The AS355 is a twin engined AS350.

This high detailed AS-355 Squirrel 2 3D model has seperated rotor system components ready to be animated (same for the tail rotor). All doors are cutted out and are being animated as could be seen in the preview images. The model also includes a 3D cabin with seats, cockpit instrumentation and flight controls.

Exterior features: antena's, exterior lights, detailed skids, pitot tubes and windshield wipers.

Animation as being seen in the preview images are devided into 2 situations

- frame 0-80: main rotor and tail rotor animation.
- frame 80-100: passenger and cockpit door opens.

Model comes with high resolution photo realistic textures which comes with each format file after purchase. Model can also be used for MSFS Gmax or other simulator program's.
