Detailed Small Town Neighborhood

• SketchUp File, OBJ File and Lumion and SKP Material Set.
• A few blocks of detailed roads, buildings, houses, church (all with detailed doors and windows) as well as road markings, lights and telephone poles/lines, parking lines, fences, stone walls, sewer drains, manhole covers and even cracks in the pavement for extra realism. Every model within the project is ready to be colorized and textured when brought into a rendering program such as Lumion (All standard rendering software will work fine). I used Lumion to render these images but even if you decide to export a graphic with SketchUp, you will find that it is very detailed in every direction you view it.

This model can also be used for individual pieces such as copying/saving specific houses, objects, a basic road layout that is already detailed or anything you'd like to extrude for other projects.
