This is a detailed model of an old town.
It includes everything you see on the screenshots: buildings, lowpoly cars, roads, trees, bushes, ocean, benches, phones, lights, signs... everything you see.
It is fully textured and ready to use, most of the materials have not only diffuse maps, but also bump, specular, reflection and opacity maps (if needed). This helps keep polycount as low as possible, while scene remains very detailed. All the textures are hi-res, which makes this scene extremely good for close-ups. It also looks great in the distance, so it can be used as a background or for fly-through animations as well.
