All new Burj Khalifa 3D model.
This is an exterior model of Burj Khalifa or Burj Dubai with its environment. This model made use SketchUp 2015.

This model made to be it's original building. With it's environment included some model of trees. The level is also like it's original. And the rounded brick texture is pretty much as the original brick of Burj Khalifa. The dark blue window effect is only when the model render from the ground as it is a sky reflection.

This model also converted to 3ds Max. The last twelve preview images rendered use V-Ray for 3ds Max.
Max file has V-Ray render scan line as in previews.

Other previews rendered use V-Ray 2.0 for SketchUp render engine.

Mapped textures and V-Ray render scanline only of max ans skp formats.
You may need some post process to get render as in previews like textures mapping and render setup for another formats.
