A traditional Arabic apartment building consisting of 4 floors and a basement. Also includes modular interior walls that can be used to create specific interior layouts. The model is composed of 11 materials, each with non-overlapping textures. Model is available in: fbx, obj, blend, dae, gltf and Unreal Engine.
Textures are in 4096x4096 resolution and include:

• Roughness
• Ambient Occlusion
• Alpha for transparency
  

Unreal packages include drag and drop prefabs with packed textures.
Textures were created in, and exported from, Substance Painter.
