This is a replica of the Basilica that can be found in the medieval city of Carcassonne in France nowadays.

It was designed to be less that 400K verts for beeing displayed on Snapdragon Adreno 406 GPU.

The model is the best compromise between accuracy and sustainable frame-rate and is currently used in the Carcassonne 3D VR project.

The UV is made of 3 layers. DIFF and DIRT are the 2 main layers used for albedo, bump and dirt blending.

Those are overlapping UVs. A third UV called AO is non overlapping and  allows to bake AO, dirt and even, if needed, texture painting but also lightmaps for night views.

( note the lightmap, AOmap and dirtmap are not included as they depend on the whole scene ).

The model is properly oriented towards east-west-north-south for beeing integrated in the whole medieval city. However it can be easily reparented and oriented towards X-Y-Z axis for modeling ease.
