High-quality realistic chair model from the IKEA catalog. The model has a clean topology. Textures for PBR workflow are also added. The textures have created the way so they can be used in mostly all of the PBR-based renderings and Game Engines.

The carefully optimized model can be used in scenes without adding the subdivision modifier. Renders with and without Subdivision Level are showcased for reference. Subdivision addition is recommended, in case the closeup shot of the product is required.
