This is a conceptual 3D model of Dragon Adult character.
Ultra-detailed, photorealistic and accurate model. Rigged and ready to render in Autodesk Maya 2020 + Arnold 6.0.
The character is suitable for Ultra HD rendering and further use in broadcast, high-res film close-up, advertising, etc.


....::: GENERAL INFORMATION :::....

Originally created with Autodesk Maya 2020.
Character is built to real-world scale. Units used: Centimeters. Dragon Adult character is 28 meters long, 46 meters wide and 5.2 meters tall.
The product archive includes 3 poses shown on previews: default pose, flying pose and walking pose. Each file includes high detailed geometry and proxy geometry (recommended for efficient animation) – you can switch between them easily.

The studio rendering quality shown on product previews is reachable 'out-of-box' with no need of any additional manipulations. Just download and hit 'Render'!
Environmental scenes (dragon flying in sky and sitting on the mountain) are not included.
All preview images rendered with Arnold 6.0.
For the best experience, please download a User Manual under 'Other files', which describes basics of using the character file including initial setup, rig and render instructions.


....::: TEXTURES :::....

The character is textured using UDIM technology. 18 UDIMs, each using 8K textures for color, bump, displacement, specular-roughness and SSS.
Total number of textures is 88. Textures come in .TIF, .EXR and .JPG formats.
The main product package includes optimized textures with total size of all textures equals 3.8GB.
You can also download source textures in 'Other files' section, which total 8.0GB.

The character is completely rigged and ready for animation. There is a Picker set up for easier animation (MG Picker is required). Picker allows easy selection of individual control shapes or group of shapes (All, Body or Face), switch between IK (Inverse Kinematics) and FK (Forward Kinematics), turn Bends and Minors on or off with this UI. You can also switch easily between high detailed geometry and proxy geometry (recommended for efficient animation).

Total polycount of the character with subdivision turned off for all objects: 44,309 faces; 44,814 vertices.
