This model is fully animated and textured
You can still set the number of polygons you want to use (in the 3ds max version)
Have you the possibility to change the number of polygons for less, although this is not advisable. Try to use the number of polygons already configured in the .max file

The model comes with high resolution textures (4096x4096) for hands and legs, some of which may have been made directly with Vray (beer)
