This is a 3D model of the original World Trade Center build at around 1970. Also known as the Twin Tower, the building now available at very detailed model on high polys, can be bought to add your 3D famous skyscraper collection. 
This model shows the exterior detail of the tower and detailed lobby.  The core and the floors are modeled in generic with real floor to floor heights. 
The model also comes with the structural system of the outer wall consist by the vierendeel truss of the building under the aluminium facade layer of model.   

There are nine separated layers for the max format depend of the building parts.

Major type of geometry are quad/tris with about 7% are nGons.  

All previews are rendered use V-Ray for 3ds Max render engine with render and material setting as in the following max format.

The obj format may need some material mapping and adjusment to get as the previews.
