.Max (4.0) file format notes:
This file format (3ds Max 4.0) was exported from the original 3ds Max 7.0 to 3ds max 4.0 so it works in 3D Studio Max version 4.0 and up. The materials and textures are all setup! You can chose the model"s resolution, or no smoothing for faraway shots.
