This model is ready to render in 3ds Max (V-Ray) exactly like you see in the first preview.

OBJ and FBX formats come with unsubdivided geometry and only with simple lambert materials, they are  suited to 
import the model geometry into your own 3d aplication.
Materials and textures are properly named to match the corresponding geometry.

Clean geometry,mostly quads and a few triangles, no Ngons.
All model mesh parts are subdividable.
All model mesh parts are uv mapped except the water drops. Uvs are organized.

Optimized waterdrops geometry with manageable polygon count below 600k.
You can edit the droplets to your liking, they are separated into 3 different layers:
