Here is a very basic and generic door. It contains 5 controls, which includes: two separate handle controls, the main door rotating control, manual latch moving control and a control to move both the door handles at once.

Currently, rotating the handles via the door handle control(s) will also move the latch. If one does not want the latch to move they may move the latch alone with the manual latch control. The door comes in a basic brown material, though this can easily be changed. The UV map is also very straight forward, so custom images can easily be applied.
