A sign for a bar or nightclub in a sci-fi/cyberpunk style. Well detailed and textured at 4K - with base colour, metalness, roughness, AO, normal, height and emmisive maps included as part of a metal/rough PBR set up exported directly from substance painter. I have included two variations on the metalness map as Redshift seems to render this differently to Iray. The max file is set up to render in Redshift with a simple Redshift lighting set up and background etc. Model formats are OBJ,FBX and 3DS. The 3DS file also includes the high poly version of the model if needed.

I have also included a Marmoset tool-bag scene to view the model and it's textures quickly and easily, as well as a textures ready for unity 5 standard metallic and a specular/glossiness set up if you need it. I have also added 4K PBR textures for use with Unreal engine 4.
