This scene is based on a working datacenter in an industrial building.
The value of this model lies in the wide range of assets included in the scene.
Six different server types, two network switches and a realistic server rack comes in 3 different levels of detail: low-poly, mid-poly and high-poly. The levels of detail can be arranged in the scene depending on the camera position for optimal render results. A top down image has been included to show where the different level racks are positioned in the scene, as well as a wireframe image to show how detailed each level is.

This model contains 64,512,645 polygons and 79,410,882 vertices.

Objects have been unwrapped only where necessary, the rest have been textured using procedural textures.

--ADDITIONAL NOTES--

The cables in the scene are spline objects with a sweep modifier for easy adjustment.
Duplicate objects have been left as instances to save on memory and time if any adjustments are required.
Layers have been used to group the scene elements and server racks with different levels of detail.
The scene includes realistic ceiling lights as well as two HDRI image lights for mood lighting and some colour in the scene.
