An old leather heavy bag in a teardrop shape, hung on a three-strand rope from a forged iron ring: 1.81 m overall with the rope, 35 cm across. Original design, no brand names or logos.

Built piece by piece:
- Six hand-stitched leather panels in a teardrop silhouette.
- Gathered neck with real folds, tied with three-strand cord.
- Open leather crown with thickness, a stitched patch and a round bottom disc.
- Three-strand rope with a spliced eye served with twine, on a rusted forged ring.

Materials and textures (PBR metal/rough, PNG):
- Leather 4096, rope 2048, iron 1024 with Metallic.
- Base Color, Roughness and Normal (OpenGL and DirectX).

- Everything is modelled: no painted detail faking volume (only stitches, prints and number reliefs live in the textures).
- Clean mesh: no n-gons, no loose vertices, no degenerate faces, and no floating parts.
- One UV set, unique 0-1 per material with no overlaps.
- Textures baked from CC0 surface scans and recomposed without visible tiling.
- Static model in metres at real-world size. No rig, animation, LODs or collision meshes.

- Origin at the base of the bag; the ring is at the top (z = 1.80 m), ready to hang from a hook.

Geometry: 138,381 polygons (276,594 triangles), 6 objects with 3 materials.
