Model:
Two elements: Trimmer and Decals.
Trimmer is built to real-world scale (RWS). Decals created in UV space 0-1 (not RWS).
3ds max archive contains folder "resources" with textures and two max files trimmer model with subdivision level 0 and 1.
UV unwrap model with subdivision level 1 is relaxed, which eliminates the stretching of textures over the surface.
FBX archive contains two fbx files trimmer model with subdivision level 0 and 1 (no textures).

SBD 0 - 53978 polys;
SBD 1 - 214874 polys;
No displace and normal map.
VRay 5 materials use roughness and metalness

Light- rim, key, environment.
floor - two plane.
