1 - The rig/skin of the product was made with it in lowpoly, to have a result equal to that of the render was applied the meshsmooth.

2 - The scenery and lights are not included.

This model is fully animated and textured
You can still set the number of polygons you want to use (in the 3ds max version)
Have you the possibility to change the number of polygons for less, although this is not advisable. Try to use the number of polygons already configured in the .max file

The model comes with high resolution textures (4096x4096), some of which may have been made directly with Vray

In any case, if you want to customize the texture or change the render, it is available with the file of the Substance Painter
