Description

A set of nine low polygon models depicting a variety of common Police vehicles, including a late model sedan cruiser, a step truck, a transport bus and a coroners van, all models with both Los Angeles Police Dept and New York Police Dept textures. The sedan is also included in a undercover civilian paint scheme.

All vehicles feature interior details and have at least one set of opening doors.

The texture maps are designed for simple editing, so changing the colour of the cars or adding lettering for any specific police department should be an easy task in photoshop or a similar 2d art package.

The vehicles are suitable for realtime applications or as a background or crowd model in animations and architectural renderings.

The texture maps are 512x512 with each vehicle mapped using a single texture, this texture can easily be reduced to 256x256 without significantly altering the look of the model.

The zip file contains both 3DS MaxR3 and 3DS formats.

The polygon counts are as follows:

Step Truck has 3147 polygons and 1766 vertices.
Coroners Van has 3644 polygons and 1945 vertices.
Police Cruiser has 3404 polygons and 1972 vertices.
Police Bus has 4627 polygons and 3172 vertices.
