FBX format includes both ASCII and binary.

All formats import tested (where applicable) on Maya 2014/15/16, 3DS Max 2016 and Blender 2.7a

UV's are unwrapped/Mudbox happy - overlaps exist where two shop sides are both repeated making up the four store sides.

Comes with 4K diffuse, bump and specfular PNG's in with all formats.
