Hi, i design this 3d model of office for a client.I It is avalaible in all of format which inlcudes a 3ds,obj,fbx,iges and dwg.I design this 3d model in 3ds max,rendered in vray and post production in adobe photshop to creates a render.Poly count of polygon is also visible in rendered picture.It is a high poly model.Native format is 3ds max 2014.If you have any problem then contact me.Texture is also avalaible.You could used its for visualization purpose.
