Description

Norman knightly sword with a fullered blade, a long slender crossguard, a leather-wrapped grip and a brazil-nut pommel. Real-world size: 96 cm (blade 82 cm).

Modelled with the detail in real geometry (not a low poly game asset):
- PBR metal/rough textures, 4096 x 1024: Base Color, Roughness, Metallic, Normal (OpenGL and DirectX) and Ambient Occlusion. The 4:1 atlas keeps the whole blade at a high texel density.
- One non-overlapping UV set, no flipped faces.
- 10,632 polygons, almost all quads; blade, guard, grip and pommel are separate closed parts, with fullers, bevels and edges in the geometry.
- Real-world scale, standing point up with the pommel on the origin, blade facing front (-Y in Blender).
- Static model: no rig, no animation. Original design, no third-party assets.

Also available: Medieval Swords Pack with all 10 models.

Formats: Blender 3.2+ (native, with a render-ready studio: camera + CC0 HDRI), 3ds Max 2022+ (Physical Material with metalness map), FBX, glTF 2.0 binary (textures embedded), OBJ and USD (UsdPreviewSurface). Maya and Cinema 4D users: import the included FBX or USD.

All renders shown were made in Blender Cycles with the included files; no post-processing.
