File contains model with 4 different
standard materials.

2048x2048 pix size are included.

UVW coordinates of object are unwrapped
and edited carefully (separated by materials).

Models are subdivided. Mesh Smooth modifier was
assigned before preview render.
Modifier stack is not collapsed.

Polygon count for models with Mesh Smoth turned off:
Armchair - 6403
Loveseat - 9870

Archives with non 3ds Max formats are contains
Low, Mid and Hi poly models meshes.
All textures saved.
