Made in blender. If you open the blender file you will see all the materials and you can easily configure the number of floors by editing the modifiers of the objects. You can easily remove platforms railings in one or both sides near the doors of the building. The top floor is different with a smaller platform well finished. Railing bars are also easy to modify.

The pictures samples show a six floors structure with demo doors and wall, but all is stackable. You can use the number of floors you need.
