Around 200 pieces, many of which are built on a 12' grid and snap together using grid snap. All 4k, PBR materials created from Substance Source starters. Sky background is not included. Simply use an HDRI background to get a similar result. Moderate poly counts for use in large city scenes, but they'll certainly hold up to close scrutiny. There are position-based bottom grunge, crevice grunge, and edge highlights on the stone materials. Also, overall grunge, all of which are adjustable or removeable. Nothing is baked, so material swapping is easy. Most things are cube unwrapped, so the UV's overlap. The usage examples aren't included.
