Main Street USA series: This AC unit is an enhanced version of what can be found on the roof ot the Pawn Shop building I sell now. This model has some pieces re-worked in quads for Poly Sub_Division, so the model face count can be increased for a higher resolution mesh if desired for more close up work. Has over 50 individual parts, with all pieces named, and grouped for easy of use in your scenes.Great for adding in details to existing vintage architecture.

All 3Dconceptualdesigner models are scaled the same for easy merging. Scale is 1 max unit = 1 inch.

NOTE:
The FBX,and OBJ formats are ONLY saved as the base mesh [LOW-REZ], so you can add your own subdivision from the program you import the file into.
