The scene is structured in layers and the objects are properly named for easy identification.

In some cases, the modifier stack stills.

The grass is one patch scattered and randomly scaled as instances.
The grass material is Arch&Design with Multi/Sub map on diffuse slot, in order to give it color variations.

The main tree comes with Multi/Sub map too for variation on the leaves color. As well as the street blocks

Most of the maps were done specially for this model

Texture resolution: 200 x 703 (tree leaves)
1200 x 1200 (each street slab)
3000 x 2700 (Sidewalk)

You can use all the scene or each element independently for your projects. Feel free to use it and modify as you wish. But you can not resell any of them.
