This model is a hybrid of photoscanning and traditional modeling and texturing. The 6k texture set includes albedo, roughness, normal, displacement, and AO. The example ground/footpath objects are textured for the Blender file, but they are NOT textured for the .obj and .fbx files. The Simple Grass particles for Blender ARE included with this purchase.

The Hostas plants in the first few example renders are not included, but you can find them on my page.
