This is high-detailed exterior model of a 5-storey mixed-use commercial building. Can be used either in your personal projects as context building or in games & media as part of the environment. The main building's real dimensions are:
height - 19.46m
length - 47.03 m
width - 20.29 m

C4D:
- the. c4d file contains a full scene of building and all environment stuff
- you can switch between daylight and evening scenes by changing the HDRi texture in 'SKY' Light object and adjusting the 'Sun' height
- this scene is thoroughly organized through object manager
- all 3D objects seen on full renderings ARE INCLUDED
- all textures ARE INCLUDED
- the scene and materials are set and ready to be rendered with VrayforC4D

MAX:
- converted & restructured file format
- the scene is ready to be rendered with Corona Renderer
- main building only (fully textured)

3DS:
- exported from Sketchup
- consists only of main building and plot ground
- tested in Cinema 4D

DAE:
- exported from Sketchup
- consists only of main building and plot ground
- tested in Cinema 4D

- exported from Sketchup
