Complete furnished coin laundromat, the fictional BLUE HERON COIN LAUNDRY, in an 8 x 14 m shop with a suspended ceiling at 3.0 m and the slab at 3.6 m. It contains 10 double stack dryers, 16 washers of 20 lb set back to back on a central service island, 4 washers of 40 lb, 2 folding tables, a bill changer, a laundry supply vending machine, 2 beam seating rows and 3 laundry carts. Repeated machines are linked duplicates, which keeps the file light.
The shell has a vinyl tile floor made as one unique 8 x 14 m sheet with no repetition: every tile has its own tone, with replaced tiles, chipped tiles, darker grout, a worn traffic path, lint along the walls, and water and detergent stains in front of the washers. Painted concrete block walls with relief joints and a cove base. The suspended ceiling uses 60 x 120 tiles on a full T-bar grid with 18 fluorescent fixtures with recessed diffusers. Outside there is a sidewalk, curb and asphalt.
Bronze glazed storefront on a block base with an entrance door with push bar, closer, hinges and PUSH vinyl, and a rear service door with frame, stop, kick plate, handle and EMPLOYEES ONLY sign. A drywall bulkhead runs over the dryer row; the central island has access panels, stainless panels on a steel rail and a laminate soap shelf, and stainless cladding lines the wall behind the large washers. Signage includes BLUE HERON, WASHERS, DRYERS, shop rules, an illuminated EXIT and an illuminated exterior sign. Window vinyls with the shop name, opening hours and WASH DRY FOLD read correctly from the street.
The room is dressed as a lived-in neighbourhood laundromat: taped paper notices, a framed cork board with flyers, a wall clock of the fictional HARBORLINE brand, a fire extinguisher of the fictional SAFEKEEP brand on its bracket with sign, a lost sock, detergent jugs, a lost and found basket, a newspaper (THE HARBOR LEDGER, fictional) and a bin with liner.
The washers, dryer, vending machine, bill changer, cart, folding table and seating row are also sold separately as standalone products, and the full pack bundles everything.
- Interior 8.0 x 14.0 m with a suspended ceiling at 3.0 m and the slab at 3.6 m, plus the sidewalk and street in front. Z up, metres.
- Baked PBR metal/rough textures: the shop shell on 6 atlases at 8K and each machine and accessory on its own 4K atlas, shared by its linked copies: Base Color, Roughness, Metallic, Normal (OpenGL and DirectX), AO. Native maps in the Textures zip; the Blender, 3ds Max and glTF scenes use 4K copies to stay light. Every format looks like the previews.
- 77 objects with clear names: walls, floor, ceiling grid and tiles, storefront, doors, signs, props and every machine. The ceiling parts are separate objects, so hiding them opens the room from above. Glass is a plain material.
- No floating parts
Geometry: 5,904,584 triangles in the scene, 853,916 unique; the repeated machines are linked copies of one mesh.
Formats: Blender 3.2+ (native), 3ds Max 2022+ with Physical Materials, FBX 7.4, glTF 2.0 binary (textures embedded), OBJ and USD (UsdPreviewSurface). Maya and Cinema 4D users: import the included FBX or USD.
All renders shown were made in Blender Cycles with the included files; no post-processing.
