Description

Modular kit of classical architectural ornament at
real-world scale in meters: 103 separate pieces built from the proportions of
Vignola's five orders (module M = 0.30 m, i.e. 0.60 m column diameter). Tuscan,
Doric, Ionic, Corinthian and Composite each come with base, plain shaft, fluted

3 m entablature, plus fluted shafts for Doric, Ionic, Corinthian and Composite.
Column heights 14, 16, 18, 20 and 20 M; entablature = 1/4 of the column;
pedestal = 1/3 of the column.

- Balusters and balustrades (14): 6 baluster profiles (vase, double, inverted,
Tuscan, pear, square-section), base rail, handrail, handrail corner, posts with
and without ball, and three ready 2 m balustrade sections (1.00 m high).

- Cornices, moldings and friezes (24): Tuscan, dentil, modillion and crown
cornices (2 m) with exterior and interior corners, string course, 8 single
moldings (cyma recta/reversa, ovolo, cavetto, torus, scotia, astragal, plinth
base), egg-and-dart, Greek key and dentil friezes.

- Brackets, keystones and rosettes (12): scroll, balcony acanthus, door
console, modillion, stepped corbel, guttae and lobed rafter-end brackets;

- Pediments and surrounds (9): triangular, segmental, broken triangular, broken
segmental and swan-neck pediments (3 m), and window surrounds (simple, eared,
