Baby/Circus Baby/CharlieBot/Elizabeth Afton from Five Nights at Freddy's: The Fourth Closet. I noticed there's plenty of game-accurate Circus Baby models out there, but not many of books Baby, so here ya go.

I checked "rigged" since her individual parts are all parented together. She does have bone chains in her legs, but those are mainly to manipulate her skirt (I couldn't decide if it was metal or cloth) when her legs move. The plates in her face are not separate objects, but they are physically separate, so you can easily separate them in Blender.
