Description

This is the sort of ornament you'd buy in a cheap bric-a-brac store for a dollar. Made in china from sloppily moulded ceramic and a hint of coloured slip painted on so you get the idea it's a cat.
This was inspired by such an ornament my sadly departed neighbour owned. It was rescued as a memento of her when she died. So I guess it's a kind of tribute.
The look is quite deliberate (although a few poorly thought out bits in the topology and a remesh have helped ;-) The eyes aren't quite as sinister looking as the original.
The full render is best done in blender as I don't think other packages can handle multires meshes in the same way as blender and an .obj export of the file ran up to 44MB which isn't at all practical.
So Collada and Blender formats supplied only. 2 Levels of Subdivision in Multimesh Sculpting for blender. Full non overlapping UV Map at 2048x2048, I've even supplied an SVG project file for doing your own pattern.
Sorry, no PSDs. I'm a Blender/Gimp/Inkscape Fanboi.
Blender is good... Respect the blender!
