Description

This representative apartment building of the baroque era was adressed to the famous bank path Friedrichsgracht, which is situated on the left arm of the river Spree. It was built in the 1880s and consists of a front building, one side wing and a backyard with a basement. The symmetrical facade is designed in an elegant classical way.

This model is an exactly detailed one. It was constructed in Archicad and visualized in Cinema 4d R16. It is an original reproduction in shape and scale.

Inside this modell, there is a typical and functionable room structure with walls, wall openings, doors and windows.
So this model can be also used for indoor renderings and offers a dialog between in- and outside, if you put it in other neighborhoods or scenes.
