The model is nice, but I would hardly call it VR Ready. The UVs for one thing, had a lot of unused space. For another thing, the model contained a lot of bevels, which is a lot of extra geometry that could be mapped in a normal map, especially for something like a theater chair that needs to be repeated numerous times. And finally, there were 3 material groups on the object, which if used as is, means 3 separate draw calls for every instance of this chair in a theater scene. So I also had to spe

Game-ready, PBR, UV-unwrapped, Textured Cinema-Theater Armchair (#2 in my collection) 3D Model, with PBR materials, textures, and non overlapping UV Layout map provided in the package.

Made in Blender 3D (Cycles materials) and in 3D Studio MAX 2012 (V-Ray Adv 2.30.02), then exported to other formats; rendered in Cycles (Blender 3D 2.77).

Formats included: 3DS, FBX, OBJ; scenes: 3D Studio MAX 2012 (V-Ray Adv 2.30.02 materials), BLEND (Blender 3D 2.77 Cycles materials with a PBR Shader and colours); other: png with Alpha (non-overlapping UV layout map); jpg (PBR, UV-mapped textures).

1 Object (mesh), 3 PBR Materials (in both Blender Cycles and 3D Studio MAX V-Ray scenes), UV unwrapped (non overlapping UV Layout map provided in the package; see preview images); UV-mapped Textures.
