Workshop wheel-dolly visualization with an open green rectangular frame, two cylindrical support rollers and four detailed caster assemblies. Each caster has shaped bored fork cheeks, a profiled wheel with recessed hub, spacers, washers, hex axle ends, stepped opaque swivel covers and a drilled top mounting plate with fixing hardware. A continuous rounded U-shaped handle sits in finished sockets with a dark grip sleeve. Roller carriers have actual bores, flanges and visible retention exteriors.
Independent CG bounds including fittings: approximately 0.584 x 0.647 x 0.300 metres. Main frame 0.540 x 0.540 m; roller centres 0.320 m apart, rollers 0.380 m long and 0.090 m diameter, tops at 0.300 m. Native asset: 192 separate mesh objects, 28,632 vertices and 56,988 triangles. Four wheel treads meet Z=0 in the fixed pose.
Includes native Blender 5.2, indexed OBJ with MTL, FBX 7.4 and GLB 2.0. All four exact final customer archives were independently extracted and reopened in Blender 5.2.1 LTS. Part retention, world geometry, closed solids, UVs and material dependencies were checked. Static surface-contact analysis connects all 192 parts; actual customer OBJ topology confirms through-holes in forks, top plates and roller carriers. These are static asset checks, not engineering validation. Use the optional supplied Blender helper for metallic/roughness values after OBJ/FBX import; other applications may need manual setup.
Four original uniform 32 x 32 PNG base colours and scalar PBR values provide plain green, metallic and dark finishes. No wear, normal, roughness or metallic map set. Shared overlapping UV charts lie in 0.02-0.98; no unique paint atlas or lightmap unwrap. Eight actual images show front/rear, underside, caster, handle and roller details, wireframe and representative UV charts.
Generic Modelora CG design. Two rollers and four-bolt caster top plates are independently chosen features; the reference used a formed tray and stud mounts. No exact manufacturer reconstruction, vendor CAD, imported third-party mesh, logo or reference-photo pixels. No working swivel/roller rig, hydraulic adjustment, bearing balls, brake internals, screw threads, vehicle, tire-fit guarantee, LODs, collisions or manufacturing drawings. No load rating, material grade or safety/engineering certification.
