Description

Realistic Ball-and-Stick 3D Model: Tryptophan Molecule (C11H12N2O2)

This is a scientifically accurate 3D ball-and-stick model of Tryptophan, an essential, nonpolar aromatic proteinogenic amino acid featuring a bicyclic indole side chain. As the largest standard amino acid, Tryptophan stabilizes membrane proteins and serves as the metabolic precursor to serotonin, melatonin, and niacin (vitamin B3). The molecular geometry is generated directly from experimental 3D conformer coordinates and follows the standard CPK (Corey-Pauling-Koltun) scientific color convention, making it ideal for medical animation, academic presentations, biochemistry visualization, and high-end broadcast rendering.

Model & Geometry Details:
- Scientifically accurate atomic coordinates and bond angles derived from 3D conformer data.

- Scaled to practical studio dimensions in centimeters (1 Ångström = 3 cm; Carbon diameter ~2 cm).

- Clean, subdividable topology: 100% quads only.

- Centered at the world origin (0, 0, 0) with the base resting flush on the ground plane (Z = 0).

- All object transformations (location, rotation, and scale) are frozen/applied.

- Properly UV-unwrapped with strictly non-overlapping UV islands.

- Individual meshes for each atom and bond, allowing easy selection, animation, or customization.

- Base Polycount (Subdivision Level 0): 17,496 faces | 17,946 vertices.

Materials & PBR Textures (StemCell Compliant):
- Follows the industry-standard CPK scientific color scheme:

- Carbon (C): Black / Dark Charcoal

- Hydrogen (H): Light Gray / White

- Nitrogen (N): Blue

- Oxygen (O): Red

- Metallic/Roughness PBR workflow with two unified material sets (atoms_material and bonds_material).

- Includes 4K (4096×4096) PNG texture maps for both Atoms and Bonds:

- Base Color (sRGB)

- Roughness (Linear / Non-Color)

- Metallic (Linear / Non-Color)

- Normal Map (OpenGL Tangent Space, Linear / Non-Color)

Additional Information:
- Native creation format: Blender [.blend] rendered with Cycles.

- Studio lighting, cameras, and backdrop setup used in preview renders are not included, ensuring a clean drag-and-drop asset for your own scenes.

- Ready for subdivision in any 3D package without UV stretching or geometry distortion.
