I've made 'billboards' for all the lights (spots, lanterns, cinema logo) in order to fake lights flares ; they come as separated objects and materials, are easy to tweak, and you're of course free to use them or not

All the movie posters (6 different ones) are original ones, made with my own personal pictures. They all have their own material/texture and therefore are easy to change if you want to

All the textures using an opacity map are also provided as transparent PNG files

The building original layered work file is also provided as a PSD (Photoshop) file.
You can open PSD files with Photoshop of course, but also with Paint Shop Pro, and maybe other softwares ...
