Description

Mid-Century Modern three-seat sofa based on the Percival Lafer MP-61 design, featuring a fiberglass shell structure with leather upholstery and rosewood-veneered plywood base.

Designed by Percival Lafer in 1973 and produced by Móveis Lafer in Brazil, the MP-61 was the first Lafer piece to expose its fiberglass shell as a structural and formal element; the foam cushioning is applied directly to the shell, which sits on a cross base clad in rosewood veneer.
