16 Psyche is one of the ten most-massive asteroid-s in the asteroid belt. It is over 200 kilometers in diameter and contains a little less than 1% of the mass of the entire asteroid belt. It is thought to be the exposed iron core of a protoplanet. It is the most massive metallic M-type asteroid.

Actual Metal Asteroid diameter in real life is over 200 kilometers. In the 3d scene however, diameter of asteroid is set to 152.6m x 142m x 152.8m Meter - So average diameter is ~150 Meter

Model details is mainly achieved by displacement modifier + turbosmooth - this gives you some flexibility to adjust the look and polycount.

Subdivision is set to 4 at render time ( 24 Million Polys during rendering ). It's set to 3 for scanline version - This high level of subdivision allows the displacement modifier to create extra details on surface of the planet. This is specially needed for close up shots. For further distance a lower subdivision would be enough if you need to speed up rendering time or lower memory consumption.

It's easy to take the source model & provided maps to re-create the planet in other software or to change the rendering engine.

OBJ format has 2 versions of the Asteroid model:
~49k Polys which is the default base model and also a lower poly version with ~3k polys.
