I .Historic Summary. The Louvre Palace is a former royal palace located on the Right Bank of the Seine in Paris, between the Tuileries Gardens and the church of Saint-Germain l'Auxerrois. Originally a fortress built in the medieval period; it became a royal palace in the fourteenth century under Charles V and was used from time to time by the kings of France as their main Paris residence. The present-day Louvre Palace is a vast complex of wings and pavilions on four main levels which, although it looks to be unified, is the result of many phases of building, modification, destruction and restoration. The Louvre complex may be divided into the 'Old Louvre': the medieval and Renaissance pavilions and wings surrounding the Cour Carre, as well as the Grande Galerie extending west along the bank of the Seine; and the 'New Louvre': those 19th-century pavilions and wings extending along the north and south sides of the Cour Napolon along with their extensions to the west (north and south of the Cour du Carrousel) which were originally part of the Palais des Tuileries (Tuileries Palace), burned during the Paris Commune in. II .Technical. The Louvre Palace of Paris is high quality and realistic model. This model has materials fully textured, detailed design that allows for close-up renders, it was originally modeled in Autodesk Maya 2016 using Polygons and rendered with Mental Ray. The Mental Rays Mia Material X is used for all objects in the scene. The file called ' render ' is to render like the first image with Maya Mental Ray. For best results add a render occlusion on it.
III .Specifications. - High quality polygonal model, scaled for a perfect representation of the original object. - Models resolutions are optimized for polygon efficiency. - Colors can be modified - Model is fully textured with all materials applied. - All textures and materials are included and mapped in every format. - Models are grouped and objects are named to simplify the scene management. - With Maya format, open, drop your models into the scene and start rendering. - No special plugin needed to open scene. - Reduce the resolution textures if you need. - Good for unity 3d game model.
IV .File Formats. Maya 2016 ; 3ds Max 2017 ; OBJ (Multi Format) ; FBX (Multi Format). All models have been checked with the proper software. The exchange formats (.obj, .3dmax and .fbx) may not match the preview images exactly.

VI .About Artist. It was in my early childhood when I develop my interest for drawing and painting. My first painting work was an Oil of Charlie Brown. I enrolled in the mythical Escola Massana of Barcelona, UAB, one of the worlds top schools of Fine Arts, to develop and perfect my artistic potential: four years in drawing and two years in painting. After, I achieved one of my most innovating dreams: To integrate Art & Technology by completing a Master on 3D Animation and Visual Effects at Vancouver Film School, B.C. Canada.
