3dsmax scene contains Heart and Arrow in a Group, a plane as ground and two lights. It renders as shown in the preview images.
Subdivision is applied to the Group, with Turbosmooth at level 2, Stack is not collapsed and the model renders well at a lower level also.

Obj zip contains the model exported at Level 0 with simple materials.
