spline+lathe+UVW

it's extremely easy to reduce amount of polygons to your needs.

Bottle:
You can reduce interpolation accuracy of the spline and also number of steps in lathe modifier.
Cap:
there is NURMS Subdivision applied to this model
-you can set the number of iterations or turn it off.

We are specialists of 360 degrees photo scan, that's why the diffuse texture, even if you turn off transparency, provides good quality result, especially when the time pressure is high and you want to reduce render time.
