The Max version (2010) is modelled to scale, fully textured and shaded for Vray 2.0. Just merge it into your scene and press render. All hi-resolution maps (diffuse, displace).

The OBJ version is only the geometry and does not include any material definitions. The model is carefully UV-mapped, though, allowing for easy materials creation.

Only the sofa and the pillows are included. No other elements included.
