Description:

This low-poly Roman Chair environment prop is designed for seamless integration into any AAA game. It matches real-world scale and immediate usability. The prop is easy to modify and making it ideal for populating any gym environment.

MikktSpace Game ready low-poly mesh with 4k PBR textures, poly-count is equivalent to the current industry standards. Unique UVs are utilized where needed, while unseen UVs are efficiently overlapped or mirrored. Smoothing groups are set from UV islands.

Substance Painter source file (4096x4096) with all necessary elements, ensuring easy modification and customization. The asset is ready to be dragged into any scene for quick deployment.
