Throw it on any surface and you have a photo-real Distressed Wall material Also perfect for games and real time renders, though I would recommend lowering the resolution of the texture maps to 1024x1024 for a real-time game environment.
If you do use for real-time, the bump map texture can be used as a displacement map for parallax effects.
