Reasons to Report a Product:

Misadvertised/Broken Product – Products that do not match their descriptions or have missing or nonfunctional files.
Contact Information – Artists are not allowed to display personal contact information on their product pages.
Infringement – Products that violate intellectual property rights or contain unauthorized content.
Defective Product Pricing – Models that are priced far below or above reasonable market value.
Reporting Inappropriate Content

Reporting Contact Information Violations

Reporting Infringement
If you find a product that violates intellectual property rights, you can report it by following these steps:

Select Infringement as the reason for your report.

Reporting Defective Product Pricing
If you find a 3D model priced between $1 - $5 that is significantly undervalued, you can report it as follows:
Locate the Report button on the model’s Product Preview page.
Select Defective Product Pricing as the reason for your report.
Submit your report.
There is no need to report multiple items from the same artist’s catalog. When one product is reported, we will review their entire catalog to determine if price adjustments are necessary.
What Happens After You Submit a Report?
Our team will review the product and assess the issue.
If necessary, we will contact the artist to request corrective action.
The artist will be given a compliance period to make the changes.
If the artist does not comply within the given timeframe, their product(s) may experience decreased visibility in search results.
Reporting Stolen Content from Another Site
If you are a TurboSquid artist and have discovered your model reposted on another website without your permission, please report it using the form linked below. Be sure to include links to both your original work and the unauthorized copy:
Our legal team will review the reported materials, compare the content, and when appropriate, contact third-party sites to request the removal of the infringing content on your behalf.
